Refund policy

At LUA Studio, we carefully inspect every order before it is shipped.

* Orders may be refused upon delivery while the courier is present.
* Once an order has been accepted and the courier has left, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted due to a change of mind, size preference, or personal preference.
* If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, along with clear photos of the item. We will review the case and provide a suitable solution.
* Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for review.
* Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the mistake was made by LUA Studio.
